With expert knowledge in our products and project management, our skilled installers can bring your ideal balustrade to life.
We use a number of experienced installation teams that regularly fit balustrade systems throughout the UK and have some fantastic reviews to back it up.
For jobs under 20 linear metres, you would be best working with a local builder or tradesman. For any larger projects, get in touch today.
If you’re experienced in this line of work or similar trades, self-installation might be the perfect option for you. We’re always here to help if you have any questions.
Head to our support page to download the latest installation guides and product specifications for your balustrade system.
Prior to any installation, we will carry out a site survey to obtain all measurements, assess the substrate and fixing points.
We will also do everything we can to identify potential issues before they arrise.
Following the site survey, we can make any amendments that are required and prepare a final system plan.
Following your sign off, we will put the system into fabrication and start the manufacturing process.
Once your order has been processed and put in to production, our fabrication team will begin getting your balustrade system ready for installation.
If your system includes glass, this will be processed at the same time, or at a later date for more complex systems.
Our experienced and detail oriented install team will complete the job in a timely manner and to a high standard. You will then have a chance to run through the job and sign off the work once complete.
Following the completed installation, we are just a phone call away should you have any questions or if any issues occur. We will ensure that your balustrade system stands the test of time.
Once we have agreed on the system and installation cost with you, we will need to conduct a site survey.
This survey will give our installers an opportunity to check that the dimensions match the quoted materials, ensure the substrate will grant a secure fixing and identify any issues before arriving on site to begin works.
You will also be provided with a CAD plan from the survey.
